Raúl is a tour guide at the Monte Alban archeological site in Oaxaca. He is Zapoteco, an indigenous group of Mexico, and he takes great pride in sharing his wide knowledge about the anthropological, sociological, and cultural aspects of his heritage.
Zapotecos are mainly located in the State of Oaxaco, Mexico, with an estimated population of 500.000 to 800.000 people.
Their life is based around the community, community life and community service. They also have a strong relationship with the land and nature.
